Just wanted to say that Flying In Four is fantastic!

It has worked miracles for my vertical leap and explosion in only 10 days..when I started I could hang on the rim with two hands pretty easily but for some reason, i could hardly ever get up high enough to throw it down.

Ten days later I can go up with two hands off of one step and throw down with some power (no thunder yet but I'm working on it). I even got a 180 or a reverse dunk..

I started off with the beginner phase..i have seen big gains i have added at least 3 inches to my vertical and i cant wait till i can start on the next phase and see even more gains.
